Wedding Coordination
Investment begins at $1500 with many couples investing between $1800-$2000 depending on guest count and logistical complexity.
Our services include:
- Unlimited communication beginning three months prior to wedding date
- One venue walk-through prior to the day of
- Timeline creation and management
- Two dedicated logistics meetings to finalize your timeline and ensure every detail is covered
- Final confirmation of vendors
- Wedding rehearsal coordination
- Day-of vendor management
- Personal decor set up and/or clean up
- Lead associate and assistant(s) based on guest count or scope

A La Carte Wedding Planning Hours
Starting at $150 per hour
A la carte wedding planning hours for couples who would appreciate consultation services in a specific area, including but not limited to:
- Venue scouting
- Floor plan design
- Design & styling consultation
- Vendor research & curation
- Ceremony planning support

*Although we are now based on Florida’s Space Coast, the DMV is close to our hearts. We will continue to book weddings in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area with no additional travel fees for events within one hour of DC proper.
