Our services are tailored to each couple. Below is a general idea of what is included in our package. We take on a limited amount of couples per year to ensure our devoted attention. We are currently booking for February 2025 onward.
Wedding Coordination
Starting at $1350
Our services include:
- Access to my preferred vendors list
- Access to available decor and signage
- Unlimited communication beginning three months prior to wedding date
- One venue walk-through prior to the day of
- Additional logistic meetings to finalize details
- Wedding rehearsal coordination
- Timeline creation and management
- Final confirmation of vendors
- Coordination of all vendors on the day of
- Personal decor set up and/or clean up
- Lead associate plus assistant on the day of
A La Carte Wedding Planning Hours
$100 per hour
A la carte wedding planning hours for couples who would appreciate consultation services in a specific area, including but not limited to:
- Assistance for other wedding-related events
- Budget analysis & saving suggestions
- Design assistance
- Vendor recommendations based on location, budget, and style
- Vendor contract review
